Yeah - I think you can do what netstars said. The only reason I mention it - is when I got dreamweaver - I tried to do the layer stuff - and just couldn't get it to work - I use the background images now - you might have to experiment - or something like that.

Now I am not sure you can get the text to go over all the images - but you can do this:
