Sorry to say this, but thats bad investment of money.
With the new Blu-Ray format on the doorstep, which will be standard and DVD will go out of production (just like DVD vs. VHS), anything below 1920 x 1080i is useless.
My advise to all who want to invest in HDTV and not regret it soon:
Do NOT listen to the salesmen, if they want to sell you a HD "ready" TV on sale. If it is below 1920 x 1080 pixels, then it is
NOT READY for Blu-Ray!
