                        However you do have to look at things from our side as well. We have every free country in the world expecting us to protect them or send them money for foreign aid and so on. Then the same countries turn around and call us fools and bash us.

                        You Canadians have to admit that if it wasn't for us spending all our money on our military, you guys would have to spend more on your own, same with Mexico.
                        Now try to look at things from the other sides too. That has been one of the main problems of the US

                                            there is a mutual dependence, USA is nothing without our resources, there would be 0 power in the USA if it wasnt for ALBERTA.

                                            and Canada needs USA's protection and trade, it is 100% mutual.

                                            the funny thing is most people from western canada would have agreed with what was said.
