Maybe you should spend less time answering my posts which are intended for fucked up entertainment purposes and run a better billing company.
FYI, I had to email pmsetups 3 times and after 2 weeks no reply...I finally had to call, twice before I could get a goddam password file rebuilt. Try implementing a simple automated tracking system that sends out a tracking number to webmasters that have made a request, like CCBILL does. That way the webmaster knows that you recieved the email. Oh, and when you recieve the emails, don't ignore them either....that's bad business.
If I called CCBILL right now, a tech would rebuild any password file I would want, and do it right there while I'm on the phone with him/her. It's called worldclass service, something you really need to do more research on.
