There is a kind of glove, made of Lycra, with the fingers cut out and a soft wrap for the wrist. I wear it when I'm keyboarding, which is all the time.

Carol, I also get that pain in my shoulder and half my hand goes numb and gets cold, too. But, no pain in my wrists. They feel tired, mostly my right hand. Personally, I believe it to be bursitis in my shoulder, which gets aggravated.

When it gets to that burning stage, the only answer is to minimise the amount of mousing, wheeling or keyboarding...

I am limiting my posting right now and taking a few hours off, in between marathon work sessions. :-)

Equinox, I will be hitting you up on ICQ for your exercise. Whilst I don't think I have carpal tunnel, I need the use of my hands for a little longer. :-)
