I was doing a sale a month off banners... hated posting galleries, and not going through submissions is a real pain... fucking scammers and their spyware and shit. Granted I have great protection, but htey are a hassle to look at just to delete 10 in a row.
So, I have been working on getting my own studio and finally found a great location. Now I am just waiting to see who can provide internet service to the fucking place... COX, our cable company said I was too far and that it would cost 9800.00 to drop a line... fuck that... no way I will pay almost 10k and then pay a monthly service. So now I wait till they get an engineer out there to make sure they were correct in that assessment and maybe see what they can work out with me... still 2 weeks... I just hope the place will still be there... cannot take it if I cannot get internet there.
So, I am selling off the tgp figure better to get something for it rather than let it die.Comment

Yes, everyone does it... cept me. Maybe that is why I am not making money ut I never started it to make money... I started it as a hobby... the money was just gravy.
I do not believe in deceiving peopl or cheating them... so I run an hoest tgp.... what the new owners will do is up to them, but as long as it is mine... I will trade hard links only. I make my money elsewhere.

I look at it this way... I will be there 3 years at least (lease)... so if I get their basic services... abou t 150.00 internet and 50.00 phone.. that is 7200.00 over 3 years... I mean I see thier point... but I am close. (plus let's not forget I have ALL their service at my house too... internet, phone and digital cable.) They will get thier money.
Keeping my fingers crossed and if not, this place was not meant to be. But shit.. check this deal out... FREE rent till Feb... 250.00 a mo for the first 3 months then a gradual increas to 450.00 per month over the rest of the 1st year, then 450.00 per month thereafter.
Plus there is walk by traffic. (opening an art gallery/photography studio) Gonna shoot some content on the side ;)
