    Ahhh more of the story... Yeah, surgery is something that cannot be helped... Nothing serious I hope.... Was it the new boobies by chance?

                heather, sorry girl, but you need to get your skanky ass out of this thread, if you have a problem with the way you illegally breached a contract, then legal steps should be taken...but the fact that you bring it to the boards proves you to be a low down two bit hoe

                if you want to start more drama with ivy, do it through your lawyers if you feel you have a case...but as it appears you don't, therefore if I were ivy, i woukd build a fat ass heatherhamptons site and kill the se's with it, and put you in negative cashflow...

                        She missed about 2 monthes total of updates BEFORE her surgery, this was all hashed on the boards a while back, along screencaps of the weekly updates showing all the weeks she missed and with her emails of why she couldn't shoot new content for updates ( no local photographers, she gained weight, she didn't know what to shoot, etc. )

                                No kidding. I have all the email saved since this whole issue started over 3 months ago. I have our ICQ conversation logged as well.

                                She has tried to make me out to be the bad guy over and voer again.

                                I thought she of all people would understand that I had some complications during surgery.I couldnt just hop back into the swing of things. Instead of understanding, she went on a rampage telling people al inds of BS about me and even took over my domain name.

                                I have the email that says "you have 60 days to renew your domain name" but I also have proof that SHE went it not even 24 hours later and put it into her name THEN had it transfered to another server. So when she says she renewed it so it wasn't last minute, she's full of it. Plus that wasn't her job. She used that as an excuse to STEAL what didn't belong to her.

                                            No you're wrong. It was in my fiance's name. He paid for it and put EVERYTHING under his info. It was NEVER under her name. Not until she went in and changed everything.

                                            Regardless who's name it was in, it was NEVER hers. She took it upon herself to put her info in and take over it.

                                                                I really know nothing of the situation, you both make valid points... I guess it all comes down to the exact wording of the contract and what a good attorney can do with loopholes...

                                                                    I have a receipt too. A recipt that shows my fiance paid for it and it wasn't set to expire until Septemmber 2004. You have a receipt showing you renewed it AFTER you put it into your name, and BEFORE it was set to expire.

I know its sad but she burned me pretty bad. This is why im back to doing everything myself. It works better anyway because she never let me have input, she'd add banners to my site with her link codes (some of them linked to drug related websites whichI am against) and refused to remove them, etc. This way, I can do what I want with it and don't have those issues again.

                                                                                                                        There seem to be more dishonest webmasters then there are honest ones which is upsetting. You don't know who to trust.
