I'm going to have to define our trials a bit more maybe. I just hate how loose the definition of PPS is and its confusing.
also programs need to show what company will be sending there checks I always have to dig for there corp name.

I think PPS is the standard definition, if a program tries to label paying per active as pay per signup and really hiding it in the terms, guess how long it'll take before a webmaster pulls their links... If a program is paying per active, they may as well say it up front or else a webmaster will eventually find out.
