If you are a paysite owner, is it easy to move your excisting rebills from on processor to another? For example, moving your database of customers from IBILL to CCBILL. Is this easy to do if you feel the need to do so? Thanks in advance to the respectfull posters.
Question about rebills.

I believe that all you need to do is contact both processors and they can get it done.

It's actually a bigger pain in the ass than you think. SinBucks has cascading processors, and I've tried to do this in the past. Both your processors will make the process difficult. Pick your main processor and stick it out with em.... Hope that helpsComment

I don't think they will release the information to you that you would need to transfer to another processor. If you had a merchant account you would own that info and be able to transfer it... well that is my understanding at least.

There was a post yesterday from a guy who was saying about transferring his rebills from Ibill to CCbill ( that was in the big CCbill thread ).Originally posted by getfreeze

From memory ibill initially refused to transfer adult.com's rebills to another processor. If a large program gets the cold shoulder then there's not much hope for the smaller sites.
There's probably several issues, regulations and technicalities involved just as much as a company being an asshole to a customer who is leaving.Comment
