any problems in Cartagena. Just keep your passport on you in case your car gets pulled over at random. The cops are pretty laid back in this city.
It's mostly when you try to go from one city to another by land... or your driving in the mountains where there are guerrilla... or if your in a heavy drug trafficking area like Buenaventura.
