I've been making changes to lose weight too... I started buying organic and kosher food, quit eating snack foods, eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink LOTS of water, and I'm heading to the gym 3 days a week.

I'm also now able to tell the difference between when my tummy is hungry and when my mouth is just bored and wants some food to taste.
