I need views and help on ensuring view ratio/delivery of mails are high from a new mailing system.
We have developed a nice mail capture/dual opt in system that works across a load of sites - databases them and allows us to mail from a text editor by niche or globally.
What factors are to be taken into account to ensure high delivery ratio's? IE: not getting discarded by spam filters etc
Will this just get filtered out?
Anything i need to add to ensure they get through better?
The system uses php script to mail individually through the servers sendmail.
(please no-anti-spam brigade hollyists. They are all clean dual opt in lists )
Cheers
