And using it as bonus content ain't cool, using it on a tour is definitely not cool - using it to promote the affiliate program who gave it to you is the ONLY valid use for it. NOT beefing up your own skimpy members area and just slapping the banner up as an afterthought.

                        Using it as bonus content is perfectly fine if its used correctly and the sponsor doesn't have a problem with it. Most sponsors don't, but some do. Oliver Klosav, for example, doesn't allow such actions.

                        Using sponsor content appropriately as bonus content can make for great joins to the sponsor. Turning that away is just silly unless the sponsor is trying to protect a certain image, like Playboy for example.

                            using the content in your members area (assuming you have their banners with the content) is a great idea as far as sending them sales. a program would have to be crazy to not want them to send qualified surfers. if you use it in the tour you arent exactly promoting their site with any links though and it defeats the purpose of free content and it is actually stealing. using it as bonus content isnt any different than using it for tgp galleries. if the sponsor wants to limit how much of the content you use at a time they shouldnt make that much available, or put it in their terms of service.

                                    okay when you get a paysite.. we will put up a freinds section and take 50+ HQ photos from you hell mabey more since you think its a good idea... and list them in our sites and then just put your banner at the very bottom for no one to see..

                                                again we dont have a problem with it.. guess when you have a bronken link to your site and they use full sets its an issue..

                                                Again we offer a lot of exclusive cotent for webmasters to use and we list the whole set so you can make a good gallery and pick the content you want to match your promoting (ie, nonnude, hardcore etc..) and not to use the full set for paysites! Someone like Ivy who we would assume knows that did not..

                                                                            i agree 100%, the first thing that came to mind when i saw this thread was when sexped was using the adult.com content for his background with that tiny little text link. as would be expected, the shit completely flew, but this isnt so far from that and everyone seems oddly quiet..

                                                                                        free content is for promoting the program who gave it to you - if you want to market it to your members as 'bonus content' that's fine - but sorry, when you're putting up galleries of 50+ images and multiple galleries from multiple sponsors your main intent isn't promoting the site the images came from - your main intent is picking up some free content for your members
                                                                                        area, and that does piss off most programs who sink big bucks into their own content.

And it is also the reason that we limit the number of photos and the number of sets. We do not fill our members area with other people stuff. We only have about 8 " Friends " listed at any given time. If they dont convert, we remove them.

                                                                                                        I have never stolen content from any company nor individual.

                                                                                                        Each week within my members area and the members areas of 12 other websites I run, I feature a "Girlfriend" of the week and yes, these are mostly sponsors I'm promoting to my members.

                                                                                                        It is qualified traffic...the best you can get and my members area traffic converts on average around 1:34.

                                                                                                        I promote other single model sites like Naughty Allie and others and also use programs like Twisted Cash and NSCash and do very well with them.

                                                                                                        Programs that don't offer zipped content, I email to ask for zipped galleries and let them know that I'm using them in my members area as an upsell.

                                                                                                        We all make money and I'm using content that has been provided to me by each program.

                                                                                                        As for medium pimpin, I am not promoting their program at all. I did so in the past and will have to check to see if perhaps there is something old in there that I've overlooked ( I have over 200 girlfriend galleries I believe) The only one that comes to mind is a gallery of Crissy Moran which is currently linking to a 404 because of all the drama they had when she left them and I just haven't had time to pull it down.

                                                                                                        Again, this will be my only post to this thread. If someone has an issue with how I conduct my business, it is more professional to bring it up in email.

                                                                                                                                                            As for medium pimpin, I am not promoting their program at all. I did so in the past and will have to check to see if perhaps there is something old in there that I've overlooked ( I have over 200 girlfriend galleries I believe) The only one that comes to mind is a gallery of Crissy Moran which is currently linking to a 404 because of all the drama they had when she left them and I just haven't had time to pull it down.

                                                                                                                                                            Again, this will be my only post to this thread. If someone has an issue with how I conduct my business, it is more professional to bring it up in email.
