Of course not. I don't think that's what Troll meant at all, but I'll answer from my own perspective.......
Yes, of course when I was 18 I was seeing a girl that was not quite 17, and when I was 19 she was still 17. The age difference at that time was inconsequential, at least to anyone with working brain cells.
But I am not 19 anymore, I'm 39.
So today my answer would be what Troll said,
which is "No, not unless <b>I</b> was under 18" or at least under 20.
I hope this clears this up a bit.
