                                                  This is true! I saw something on the Discovery channel about this. They created a bust of what Jesus would actually look like. He was very tan from being in the desert sun, dark hair, dark eyes and a VERY different shaped skull, nose etc.

                                                  I don't know who started portraying Jesus as a clean shaven white man with a beard (and sometimes blue eyes), but Jesus was Jewish, dark skinned and not even close to looking like what some people believe.

                                                  Just further proof that 1-) The Bible has been altered/translated and rewritten so many times, you cannot believe most of it. 2-) Organized religion is evil and brainwashes people. All these different versions of God and even Jesus... it's all made up and/or changed as we go along. I believe Jesus did exist. Son of God? I am really not sure. I can't prove he was or wasn't. Hell, until the early to mid 1900's a LOT of females were pregnant/married before they were even 15. As life expectancy got longer our need for having children in a hurry died down and wasn't as necessary as it was in the past

Any historical evidence detailing Christ's birth comes from the Bible, if you don't believe in that then whats the point in discussing Jesus and Mary. You are correct that Mary was pregnant out of wedlock according to Biblical accounts in the Gospels. So you choose to believe the part of the Biblical account of Jesus birth that you are comfortable with, (her being out of wedlock, 13 and pregnant), but not the fact that she was immaculately conceived.

Any historical evidence detailing Christ's birth comes from the Bible, if you don't believe in that then whats the point in discussing Jesus and Mary. You are correct that Mary was pregnant out of wedlock according to Biblical accounts in the Gospels. So you choose to believe the part of the Biblical account of Jesus birth that you are comfortable with, (her being out of wedlock, 13 and pregnant), but not the fact that she was immaculately conceived.

None of these texts were included in the Bible, because the content didn't conform to Christian doctrine, and they're referred to as apocryphal. For example, New Testament gospels says after the resurrection Jesus spent some time talking with the disciples, but you don't learn much about what he said. In the gospels of Nag Hammadi you can read what he said.

I'm fully aware of the other historical documents outside the Bible that detail Christ's life, I've read most of them. I said the Bible was the only historical evidence we have that details Christ birth, specificallly the details surrounding Mary's conception and Jesus birth. I have seen the documentary the link is referring to.

You continue to elude to your belief that Mary was physically impregnated, when the Bible does not say that at all, since there is no other writings detailing her conception your just speculating.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Again, the answer to your original question is no there was no outrage at her conception at that time because she was within normal age and no she was not murdered because God laid out a path to ensure the safety of her and the birth of his Son.
