You heard it correct we have SOLD OUT the room block.
The good news is that I am getting additional rooms added to our block. These should be ready in the next couple of days.
This year we will be doing things a bit differently. Each day we will have our own beach area and waiters from 1pm to 5pm. For those who want to come down enjoy drinks, food, and the great scenery.
Then at 7pm each night we will be having dinner for everyone not too far away in The Pina Colada restaurant. Those of you who came last year will remember the great times we had there.

Well right now we have 500 workers working 24 hours to have our beautiful property ready on time...February 1st. $ 15,000,000.00 USD applied to all the areas:
* Meeting space with new ceiling,lighting,LCD projectors,screens,carpet and decoration.
* Pools with new floor and design
* Surrounded floor at pool areas totally new design and material.
* La Paloma extended to fit another 40 people
* Complete new kitchens in all our restaurants
* New Piña Colada and Kuku?s bar
* New re-designed Lobby and main entrance.
* New SPA with new equipment, also new GYM with new equipment as well.
* All our guest rooms? totally redecorated, new furniture, bath and vanity area.
As for the Party Spots...
Our main haunt http://www.thecitycancun.com/ should be complete renovated and ready for us. This as well as many other hot spots in Cancun will be all new and improved.
