This website would be run by Hamas or Al Qaeda or some other such group and would obviously need to be hosted in a country ending in -stan.
The idea is this: Every month, the hosts of the website choose one of the western hostages they've kidnapped and raffle off the opportunity to blow him away remotely. For $5, people across the world can enter into the monthly drawing to win the opportunity to remotely fire the gun that blows his head off. Other weapons could be used, but that would depend on how well they could be remotely controlled over the internet.
Also there could be a yearly drawing among the twelve monthly winners for the opportunity to remotely detonate a car bomb outside a western target.
Pretty good idea, huh?
