PRESS RELEASE FROM Frankie B.

WWW.FRANKIESANGELS.COM IS BACK ONLINE!

San Diego, CA - Nine days of fighting to clear his innocent name has paid
off for Frank Bongiorno as ibill has resumed processing for
www.FrankiesAngels.com.

With zero evidence to support her claims, Attorney General Jennifer
Grahnholm threatened BillCards, CardBilling, CCbill, EAN Enterprises d/b/a
LancelotSecurity, iBill, and Trust-Bill, that their actions in providing
access to and collecting proceeds from members on behalf of "fee-based"
child pornography websites constituted aiding and abetting child porn
distribution, which is in violation of Michigan law.

"ibill may have acted hastily by shutting off my site but appears now to be
doing the right thing," a relieved Bongiorno said. "I feel that my
character as a businessman and as a person has been damaged by the Attorney
General's false accusations, and I intend to follow through with legal
action. I'm going to do what I can to help protect my fellow webmasters and
photographers from similar actions in the future."

A large percentage of Bongiorno's business encompasses selling the highest
quality Barely Legal content to legitimate businesses both on and off the
Internet.

Bongiorno proclaimed "I want to thank all my clients for rallying behind us
in our time of need. I specifically want to thank AVNOnline, Ynot Bob, Gene
Ross, and Luke Ford, for the quick and accurate reporting of this
witch-hunt. I'm convinced it was because of their exposures that lead to my
site being turned back on. Thank You!"
