All my email is delivered to my own servers running a custom email system, if anything was filtered it would have to be me who set it up, and I assure you I didn't.
It's just a little too fishy for so many people to have experienced the same problem at the same time.

Here in Canada we have Videotron and Bell ISP's, I have used both and both have Spam filters by default. Till last year you could have called them to have it turned off. Today you cant do that anymore, they have to be on.
Another example of where I have seen Spam filters is with one of my hosts, Webair. They have a pretty good Spam filter that blocks most Spam emails, it's great but at the same time it can happen that you miss some emails. In this case it is up to you to have it turned on or off....We have it off.
To make a long story short, please call your service providers and check with them before making accusations.
