Well for me it's a couple of things.

1. The SMG is orientated for performance, it's not a laid back cruising kind of box (7 speed)

2. It's 507 HP and you tend to use that all the time, this equates to two things - lots of speeding tickets and lousy gas mileage

Also - it's just so nice I don't want to hack it about as a daily driver.
