I'm not sure I want to work on a SUCCESFUL FPS. I kinda always shoot for mediocre. Which is probably why my bank account is empty.
I'd help you, but all I know how to do is test them. What are you looking for? Texture artists? Audio artists? Modellers? Are you making a mod, a new game using an existing engine? Creating a new engine (wouldn't recommend it)?
I used to work in the gaming industry and made some contacts. I might know some people that could be good for you.
