I was under the assumption that due to a "court order" that site was supposed to be pulled yesterday according to NewBreed. Can someone tell me wtf is going on? Can we still promote or was the court order BS?

Newbreed please give me a honest answer here please , was this court order BS?

From what I understand the site will not be up for much longer. I would suggest to pull links and stop promoting

Court order was not bullshit. I am not going to pull the join page. I will figure it out later with the Court. It will be up for at least a few more weeks, 30-45 days.

The e-mail that went out was 100% accurate, as has been any other reply in any thread I have made here. There is no story to spin. As I stated earlier in this thread, I will deal with whatever repercussions if any arise out of defying the order. Thanks for your concern.

So basically you made public you were "court ordered" to pull the links yesterday, and now you are not pulling them down. I am sure all the affilites pulled their links and are not sending traffic anymore.. Thats not very nice thing to do when they really have 30-45 more days to make sales

No, that is not correct. Go back and read it all again. I was ordered to pull the join page on the 12th or "as soon as possible" thereafter. I chose the 15th as the asap date. The site is to be closed within 30-45 days no matter how it's done, and pulling the join page is the first step. Mind you that once the join page is pulled the site must remain up until the last member has dropped off (30 days). You can do the math, there is not much time for the join page to stay up. You are throwing your own spin on it now and taking it out of proportion from what was originally stated on the subject. The join page will stay up until I can get a hold of the Court and get the order modified and/or more clarified.
