Chat services that allow you talk to customers while you using mobile device?

I want to put up a chat for my customers to inquire about my products. I want to be notified of customers wanting to chat and also be able to chat from my windows mobile device.

    I found http://www.sightmax.com/livechat-mobile.html

    Any other suggestions?
