Hey guys im wondering what if someone never filed taxes AT ALL and should for like 2-3 years?? Also they never kept receipts, etc, all they have is bank & credit card records, what are their options in becoming up to date with IRS especially if they are self employed and work online and move funds through paypal, etc, and get money from companies, etc...
