Intrusive exit consoles - pain in the ass!
The exits that some sponsors are using are a real pain in the ass. One of these sponsors is Mayor's Money but there are many others.
Scenario: a surfer opens my site xyz.com in his main window and sees a link to a Mayor's Money site. He clicks it and it opens in a new window. After surfing through the site he decides to close that window again. At that moment exit No. 1 opens - in the main window, closing your site. Ok, no problem you might think, just use the back button. And here is where it really pisses me off. Hit the back button and exit No. 2 jumps up, again in your main window. However, this time it deletes your recent history, so the back button won't work anymore. Result: an average surfer might not even find the way back to your site and you lose money.
The only solution is to use Mayor's exit-free links. However, you make less money per signup then. So why should I promote a sponsor doing such crap why I can make more money with others that can do without such exits?
