Darnit, you know what you're talking about.

This is an issue (anxiety with panic attacks, depression) I had to deal with some years ago, and recently they've been cropping up again due to some changes I made in my life. I went and got some xanax and zoloft right away and I'm currently in the period waiting for the zoloft to kick in, which sucks. The good thing is that because I've had to deal with this before, I know it can be dealt with. It's a fairly minor illness and it's usually easily treated, but it doesn't feel that minimal to the person who suffers from it when they're in the throes of the problem.

Anyone who's in the Las Vegas area who wants someone to talk to or just a safe place to hang out, or someone to hang out with who understands this shit is welcome to hit me up. I'm always good for a sympathetic ear or whatever help I can give you.

All the success and money etc in the world doesn't help when your mind is playing tricks on you. I have financial success, I train BJJ, I'm in good shape, socially adept, etc and so on. You would think I would have no reason in the world to ever be unhappy but things like this aren't negotiable. When they hit you, you have a problem that has to be dealt with.

Like Darnit said, it's a biological problem and it has to be dealt with that way. I believe I inherited it from my parents. You should no more blame yourself for this thing that you would if you had diabetes. It IS treatable though, and you can make it go away if you know how to get the right medical help.
