He had to bring things to the boards... he wasn't going to sit back and let his reputation get ruined in the eyes of your affiliates. Whats happening now? The site is worthless and if he had kept his mouth shut he'd be looked at as worthless too. People had to know he stepped back from his duties when he did which was at a point when AA was still salvagable.
His word and reputation in this biz is important to him, he would have been a moron to let it go to shit with that site just to avoid "drama".
It was a smart move for him to bring things public, now who looks like shit? Exactly who should.
I'm not attacking you on a personal level, don't get things twisted... you just need to realize that you didn't get to where you are by yourself and you should have came to an agreement early on... greed & love = trouble.
