Bill waiting too long to pull the site down? The site is marital. I had great expectations for the site, but of course everything had to be difficult. He hasn't worked on the site for months and when he was still doing work on it back in september, I tried to give him money and he wouldn't take it. That's not my problem. I know Bill is a good guy regardless of what is going on here and I know that he's done his absolute best to make things smooth for you even though you fucked him over. You just thought that you were entitled to 100% of everything and could never settle on something fair.

He put some $ down on that house as well, just because it was in your name doesn't mean its all yours. He did just as much if not more for ArikaAmes as you. So you let the site sit, put a restraining order on him against the biz and get to collect all the recurring income... why shouldn't you pay the rent for that house you both bought with the earnings you made from ArikaAmes.com?
I agree that I don't know the whole truth about you and of course like you said when we talked over the phone there are 2 sides to every story... Lets just say I know and have seen enough to draw my own conclusions.
