I called Tecnic school in Laval, they offered us english classes (you need to be at least 3 people for the classes to take place) its 9 hours of theory in the classroom, and then I believe 12 hours on the circuit and on the road.
You do NOT need to take the 9 hours in the classroom. I took them because my business partner gave me the whole lesson kit as my bday gift. My friend just studied for the exam 1 day before the exam with me, and he passed as well as I did. However, it's always better to spend 9 hours to get to know a motorcycle and all of its features and safety measures in detail.
Get an appointment for the exam now if you can, so if you fail you have time to wait 1 month and take the exam again, so this way you dont waste quality summer days that you could be doing your road practices on.
