OK, I just got home and have been directed to this thread.

First of all I did not want this issue to make it to the boards. Second, her lawyer asked that the site be shut down by her request. I was ordered by the Judge to shut the site down as soon as possible since I did not object to her wishes of wanting it shut down. The site without her participation is worthless, and my understanding based on her lawyers statements were that she no longer intends to be a part of the site nor wants the content to be continued to be used in any capacity.

Hope that clears that up, and I would prefer not to continue on discussing the matter on GFY other than to say that the join page was specifically defined and ordered to be removed on the 12th. of January. If there was a way to shut the site down without removing the join page to insure no one would lose any time or money, someone please clue me in on how to do so.
