Most future employers will contact your previous employers anyway. I think that posting a thread like this and aggravating the situation would only further tarnish your reputation.

Well, then wouldn't it be better to try and reason with DH?
Even if this thread shows you in a positive light, which after the first few posts here I don't think it will, people that you might end up doing business with in the future are going to see this thread and think less of you.
