Some of you may remember a post Mark Hurson a.k.a DrinkingHard made about a year ago having to do with me using one of his partner accounts (Mad Thumbs specifically) to submit my own personal galleries. That part was true. But, according to the mad thumbs submit page
?EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR GALLERIES IS NOW REQUIRED.?
?The email that you are recieving will be going to the email address that is on file for your account. It DOES NOT matter what email address you have entered on the submission form. If you dont recieve an email when you submit it means that either your email address isn't current or there isnt one in the database for one reason or another. If you feel that there is a problem, need me to fix your email, or have a question please icq me?.
The e-mail address on file was a GTS email address, so if any of the galleries that were submitted were listed, someone at the GTS office approved it.?

Anyways, that?s not the reason I started this thread. The reason I started this thread was because I really can?t get over the fact that there are people out there that think I would breach a contract that I actually signed.
#1. MYTH: DrinkingHard Claims I signed a non-compete agreement.
?Anyways long story short this guy, signed a non-compete with our company and he is in strong violation of that contract? - DrinkingHard
FACT: I did not agree to the terms in the agreement. In fact, I actually refused to sign the contract. Don?t believe me? Ask him to post this so called ?contract? I ?signed?. He actually even promised to e-mail it to me but never did. Gee, I wonder why?
#2. MYTH: DrinkingHard Claims he paid me $10/hour
?I paid Andrew $10 an hour Canadian?. - DrinkingHard
FACT: That is not the amount I was paid per hour. The actual amount is stated in the contract which was never signed by me.
I also just wanted to say that many of the comments made in the original thread he started were extremely mean and hurtful and in my opinion blown out of proportion. He also threatened legal action and I?ve yet to hear from his attorney.
I still don't see the benefit of making the whole situation public. What did he have to gain by attempting to diliberetly ruin my reputation on the boards? You're a jerk Mark!
