First, I must say that posting an email sent directly to you which includes the name of another program isn't the wisest thing to do. I'm sorry if you don't understand this or if you disagree with any policies that we have put forth to protect not only you and your business, but the businesses of all clients that we process for.
Further, although we are not looking to be in a position of saying what is and what isn't appropriate, we also reserve the right to restrict the types of sites that we process for. And yes, to be clear, you can't link to any restricted site any more than you can link to beastie sites or CP. Linking may be construed as affiliation to any governing or regulatory body that might look at your site.
