It is my understanding that the way Segpay is structured they can not keep clients money - The client gets paid out directly from the settling bank.
For what?s it worth the people over at Segpay are professional, honest, and all around good people.
99.9% of you don?t know who I am and what my involvement with iBIll was. But I can tell you one thing I?m one of a handful of people that know what really happened. That is why I quit long before the shit went down over there.
In closing I can testify that NO ONE at Segpay had anything to do with the iBill hardship let along kept anyone?s money for themselves. I realize a lot of webmasters were affected by iBill and what happened but I can guarantee that no one at Segpay kept clients money.
There were hundreds of GOOD people at iBill that lost there jobs, and they have to work again too. Don?t lump them all together. That?s like saying all adult website operators support abusing women.

Even if what all you say is true most people won't care. Once they hear ibill involved with anything they are going to shy away from it. If more major paysites guys started using segpay maybe that would change things
