For some reason in Japan its illegal to produce porn that shows the good bits at all.. I dont think its illegal to watch if it comes from somewhere else in the world.. for example they can stream hardcore video from somewhere else in the world and watch it in japan, but they cant produce any there.
wierd.. wasnt too long ago you could buy used panties from vending machines in japan
