The ring or vibrate keeps getting changed in my pocket. Some how you can change it with the buttons on the outside. These fuckuking buttons don't do anything else and are worthless. They just basically shut my phone off every once in a while.

Buttons on the outside are stupid. My old Sony used to have the hold switch on the edge, so it got flicked off really easly.
After hold got disabled, the phone dialed random numbers in my pocket a lot. That caused some expensive bills..Comment

Me too, and it sucks ass - the DVD player. Tried calling tech support and go to a personal voice mail. Called the main switch board and nobody answered the phone. It finally went to a voice mail box that doesn't exist. Called back and tried pushing random extensions ... nobody in their ENTIRE HEAD OFFICE answered the phone. Finally got it replaced and although it works, sometimes, it crashes the PC and takes about 45 seconds to load a CD ...
