ARS did somthing like that but not rev, think it was part of the BYOT system where the designer is paid per sign up. I thought about doing BYOT, just never got involved with it.

I mean a real deal with contracts to verify funds not some byot system
some programs might want site built to grow but dont have the cash so many possiblities
