Im waiting for a sponsor payment but they cant wire the money without a middle bank, an intermediary bank...

What country is the sponsor from?
If the robobank place has a swift they should be able to hit it. -

never heard that story, i have no problems with receiving wire transfers on my Rabobank account.Nothing here.Comment

Every time I send USD to Europe from South Africa the transfer has to go through an American bank. All he has to do is go to his bank and tell them that he wants to send money to whatever bank in Holland. They should know what to do. Possible way to avoid this is if he sends your money in Euros.Comment

he needs to supply the intermediary bank not you, the interm bank sends the funds to you, his panama bank will know, if its rabo its prolly deutsche bank or ing etc NY etc, if he doesnt know, then ask rabo a list
and get the hell away from rabo, theyll freeze your funds since they dont allow pron money, started by farmers remember the ad on tv ? its a christian bank...
