Propecia all the way.. works wonders, but only if you start taking it early.
Rogaine combined with Propecia will get most of it back if you start soon enough.
Takes about 12 months to be back to normal, but it's great. I'll take propecia till I die (or I can get stem cell treatment or some shit
)
