AVN really screwed this up.
They do owe refunds, but probably won't. I can't see anyone coming back and in fact this is the prime opportunity for a new convention company to earn our respect and business and create a large scale convention that is profitable and cost effective and one that allows webmasters an opportunity to attend inexpensively.You deserve to make more money. theres a hard rock casino 10 min from where the summer internext is held here in hollywood fl.
the hard rock would be a good place for our type of tradeshow. they have like 20 clubs onsite as well as 30 restuarants too. their convention areas could handle our crowd too.
people wouldnt have to leave the hotel and parties could be booked onsite in one of the numerous clubs...

i rate it a 10 on a PERSONAL level. i had such a great time just hanging out and not doing anything really related to the show. i had a blast and for once kinda just saw vegas on a personal level while 3 shows were going on. when i arrived i heard so many war stories about how dead the showfloor was for the web side that i just stayed on the casino floor and went sightseeing with someone i really enjoy hanging out with. the only thing i went to really was the players ball and a couple dinners. thank you NAUGHTY AMERICA and everyone else that i hung with. then on sunday night i took about 20 of us to Light at the Bellagio. what a crazy night. had i gone for business though i would have been really dissappointed. i did howver manage to make 3-5 traffic deals just in idle conversation with people that i had been wanting to meet. those happened on the casino floor though.Comment
