I live in FL... and I hate rednecks. Im proud to say it too.
Never hated rednecks till I lived in Tennessee for 13 years.
Never knew the civil war was still going on until i moved down there. The shit my family had to put up with living there, is unbelievable.
My father thought he would like southern living and southern hospitality. That was until he was beaten and maced on his own living room floor by a bunch of lying redneck cops.
My father owned an antique reproduction furniture company and employed about 30 people in a small town of 3500. He built some tables for a company and the wood on some of the tables were splitting... He had a replacement policy, not a refund policy. Well, the people wanted there money back. He offered to replace the entire order and deliver it to them in person. No deal. So they tried to sue my father. The cops showed up at his house at 9:30 pm...he was in bed. He answered the door, in his jeans... it was the middle of winter... he had no shirt or socks on.
They said he was standing outside when they took him down. There happened to be snow on the porch, so the last place he was going to be was standing in the snow and cold.
They gave my father the summons to court. My father wadded up the paper, and told them they were also breaking the law by serving him papers after 9pm. He turned around and shut the door. They then entered his home, sprayed him with mace, and then beat the shit out out of him.
His wife called me on the phone while they where in his house beating him. She was horrified and scared. She didnt know what to do. She seen him being beaten and all she could do, was call me, and scream for help on the phone. She said the sherrifs dept was in the house beating up my father in his living room.
I told my wife to pick up the other phone in my house so she could also hear what was going on.
She kept repeating to the police...."Hes not resisting, hes not resisting."
What we heard....."fucking yankees....your all a bunch of fucking liars."
"scum like you has business living here" etc.. etc...
The reason they had for entering his house?? They said he was going for a weapon.
My father is not a stupid man. He was just being served a court summons. They didnt have an arrest warrant. He was going back to bed.
It was all thrown out of court... becuase the dumb redneck cops couldnt get their stories straight, and the prosecutor asked for the case to dropped, to save the dept. from embarrasment.
I lived in Tennessee for one week, and was chased down by a bunch of rednecks with baseball bats. Why? Dont know... I was a new kid in town and i was trying to make new friends. Certainly wasnt trying to upset anyone.
My brother was thrown in jail for public drunkeness. He had just shown up to a bar and had a half a beer. Turns out some guys in the hole didnt like him. Next thing you know.... FOR NO FUCKING REASON AT ALL.... the bouncers escorted him to the door, and told him to get out. Well, guess who was waiting for him on the outside?? Redneck cops. They asked him...."So your the New York Yankee?" Then cuffed him and threw in jail. They refused to give him a breath test.
In my opinion, rednecks and the hatred they spew are one of the biggest problems this country is facing. Because the good ole boy network goes from the redneck sheep, all the way to the rednecks who hold public office.
