I don't think you can say al jazeera is that biased when you compare it to some US stations like Fox.

Boy, sounds like some screwed up math to me.
Well, Iraq is about the size of California. (I'm way too fucking tired to do searches on the population of Iraq and California tonight.) LET'S JUST SAY that Iraq had 100k deaths in the past year. Compare that to 233k deaths in California (which is not in war zone and some pretty high fucking tech hospitals).
Factor in the fact that you have Iraqis kiling Iraqis with car bombs and shit, and wel, I figure we are ahead of the game.
The second link to the death stats in Iraq has some PRETTY WIDE DIFFERENCES HERE PEOPLE.....
Iraq Body Count: 14-16,000
Brookings Inst: 10-27,000
UK foreign secretary: >10,000
People's Kifah >37,000
Lancet: >100,000
