Fuck if I know. All I know is they do the shit I need done for low prices. Finding good ones will take some effort. I've run across a couple that tried to assrape me
But that shit happens anywhere Russia, Romania, Bangladesh, etc. I just fire motherfuckers at the earliest sign of laziness or bad attitude.
It's like anything... most good people will respond to rewards. The ones that don't, tell em to fuck off and find better ones.
The guy I'm thinking of petitioning is fucking solid gold. He didn't hit me up for that 13th month mandatory bonus shit they have in philippines. I sent him 3 months' worth of salary as a bonus when I read about it here on GFY. Some guy posted about the 13th month thing here and was bitching. I confirmed it with my guy so I went ahead and gave him a fat bonus.
Good help is hard to find so reward them well. Of course, you gotta test them first. If they are flaky, lazy, or incompetent, fire ASAP and find someone deserving.
