Most are mainstream so you'd have to train a little bit to get them to the porn side but once they're in, these guys are well worth the time. Plus, you don't have to go through an outsource company. You have to be very careful though, I have hired about 3 filipinos directly before my current guy but fired them all ASAP cuz they couldn't deliver on time. Don't put up with laziness, bullshit, and excuses and you'll find a guy that will provide top notch quality ontime all the time.
Most of the time, Filipinos will give you respect if you're professional and don't fuck around (ie., fire at the earliest sign of bullshit). The ones who stick with you will be priceless.
I suggest you start them off low ($300 is a good place to start then ramp it up) then pay them more as they hit skills/quality milestones
