    Anyone doing Adult Web Site work in Philippines / Costa Rica / Panama

    We want to outsource repetitive web related work, can?t do India or China since Porn is illegal and will get you into trouble. We are looking at Philippines / Costa Rica / Panama, any other country ? May be Eastern Europe. The key is we need a place that is legal to do porn related work (we are not producing content) but at the same time cheap and stable English speaking staff.

    Work will be things like gallery design and submission, writing descriptions, doing movie reviews, editing video, creating trailers, photo shop related work some customer support but no programming or sys admin as those work is done out of US.

    So the question now is which country to you pick, we need about 20 people in the first year so should we work with one of these out sourcing companies or should we setup our own operation.

                              Designers and coders are easy to find in CR and pretty cheap....however for someone writing descriptions, writing reviews, etc.....don't expect much.

                              Their english is decent enough to work with, but not for them to be writers. Those who have great english, probably charge a lot more.

                                          It looks like most of the out sourcing companies are in Phillippines. For example their are a lot of companies out of India who works on porn site, but if some one wants to give them trouble they can get the cops on them and then you have to pay the cops etc etc. may be its the same in Phillippines

                                                  It is illegal. Look up the whois records of the guys in the Philippines and you will see that they are using US addresses. Some of them even offer you content and the custodian of records' address as well as the producer's addresses are fake.

                                                  On the other hand, prostitution is illegal in the Philippines, but a girl who wants to work in a brothel needs to pay for a license at city hall to be able to accept sexwork.

Too many people to pay off, and the girls all rat you out for money, etc etc etc...

                                                                                                                                                          They do not outsource the production of said "porn". If they do, it's illegal and they would get busted when caught.

Most adult sites block the PH because the people here don't have credit cards. It's not worth publishing anything here.

                                                                                                                                                                                      Additionally, legal outsourcing companies are not doing any illegal exhibitions or shows.
