Personally I wouldn't go partners with a company! If I was you I would do it mostly on my own... To many things go wrong yea its a little harder to get started, but in this biz and on this board I would NOT trust 95% of the people! and never ever trust anyone 100% Contracts they look good but think about it, do you have the funds or means to go after a big company ?
Find someone to shoot with you, split the pictures/movies find someone to do the design or learn and do it yourself it isn't that hard.. *shrugs* Good luck
