I wouldn't sign any contract from a company that was going to have control over my images, streaming media, movies, etc without ensuring my ass was covered well for any 'future' issues that may arise...
ie; what happens if you decide to quit the biz before you are 80 years old, who decides when this site will be shut down in that case, what happens to your content, what % of the overall income of the site do you get, do you have rights to your 'name' in the future that is developed and branded by such a venture, etc etc etc...
