In the past, I wasn't able to drink half of the supersize coke, and not it's fucking small...

Nobody is going to successfully sue McDonalds for making them fat. McDonalds is the hugest food chain in the country and this is a great way to branch out and get brownie points to boot.

my dad had problems even getting tomatos at Wendy's and Arby's this week due to the shortage of tomatos

Also that 2/3 burger is just the same as the Monster Burger right? People talk about it like it's new I've been eating that burger for like 7 years.

It's a good bit of marketing though. If I want to eat healthy, I don't have to exclude McDonald's from my choice of places to go. Actually, I don't believe that to be true for a second, but that's probably the rationale.
