It is a chop (blow it up to 1600% in photoshop, and look at the un-natural pixel patterns in the area transition dark to light on HER right hand side neck area. It is an impressive chop (the colors all match nicely, it would pass the test) but it is either a chop or someone with only middling processing skills screwed with it.
