Yes AWStats is $10 and $5/month
The reason we have set such a high price is because we support a large number of users/machine and AWStats when it runs consumes a lot of RAM+CPU - this is a financial barrier we setup to ensure smooth service on our virtual hosting platform by limiting the number of active AWStats processes.
